Kristin Chambers
Founder & CEO
Kristin learned early in her career that marketing is most successful through communicating effectively to reach your audience. Beginning her career as a news reporter, music journalist and arts columnist, writing allowed her to push beyond bylines and into public relations and marketing in New York City. She is an expert in the areas of content creation, copywriting, social media strategy, email marketing, lead generation, analytics, press outreach, and business development, which is now implemented through her national and international clientele.
Brady Skye
Creative Director
Brady is an award-winning filmmaker and photographer passionately leading our motion and still productions alongside other responsibilities like email marketing and graphic design. With more than 15 years of filmmaking and telling stories, he has made over 1500 videos and had self-produced work published by the PGA Tour, Viacom, MTV, Nickelodeon, CBS, ESPN, and the Atlanta Film Festival. He recently completed his first feature-length film, Beyond the Ruins, that tells the story of two Maya families in Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula who are maintaining their culture and explores what we can learn from them to improve our own quality of life.
Elizabeth Coates
Digital Ads Strategist
While studying at Flagler College, Elizabeth discovered her passion for marketing while interning here at Meerkat. She dove deep into the world of Google Ads and pay-per-click advertising, finding that she could combine many of her interests and strong suits into helping businesses succeed through online marketing. After graduating college, Elizabeth accepted a full-time position here, where she uses her psychology background to excel at one of her favorite parts of marketing - connecting others with a brand. When Elizabeth isn't traveling you can find her reading, hanging out with her nephews and niece, or catching up on her favorite TV shows with her dog, Nipsey.
Bowen Tibbetts
Lead Copywriter
Bowen is a Film & Media Arts graduate from American University and has a rich background in storytelling. He gained practical experience in Los Angeles, contributing to major films like Top Gun: Maverick. Now at Meerkat Media, his expertise in copywriting helps enhance brand identities, fostering business success. Passionate about storytelling, Bowen’s outside interests include golf, reading, and enjoying movies at the local theater.
Jasmine Carmichael
Account Executive
After graduating from the University of Florida in 2019 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Production, Jasmine went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Social Media in 2021. She has a genuine love for all things marketing and has found that content creation has been the best way to deep dive into her creativity. Outside of work hours, you may find Jasmine playing Animal Crossing on her Nintendo Switch, roller skating, or snuggling with her dog, Sansa.
Kim Wood
Account Executive
With a love for all things business, Kim graduated from Florida State University in 2020 with a degree in Marketing. Having been involved in the agency life since 2018, she’s passionate about working in a field that allows her to help others while challenging her problem solving skills and utilizing her creativity. When she’s not in Florida, Kim likes to spend her time vacationing in Bar Harbor, Maine, hiking the most challenging trails she can find, baking for her friends, and immersing herself in the foodie culture. At home, she loves to cuddle up with a book and her cat, Boots.
Karen Julia
SEO Strategist
Karen specializes in technical SEO, strategy for service and content based businesses, E-commerce, and more. She also has a background in teaching to provide SEO training to business owners and their teams. Karen is an expert in her field and we are grateful to have her on our team! She is also an incredible photographer and has photographed many weddings in Glasgow's West End & Scotland.

Meet Louie, our pint-sized French Bulldog office maestro! With ears as radar dishes and a snore that rivals a freight train, he’s the heartbeat of our chaotic symphony. Navigating the office like a furry Napoleon, Louie conquers hearts and sandwich crumbs with equal zest. His resume boasts skills like "Professional Lap Warmer" and "Certified Stress Reliever." His motivational snorts inspire productivity, while his dramatic sighs remind us to take a paws...I mean, pause. No emails are too urgent, no meetings too long, with Louie's comedic antics as our daily performance review.
