Timoti's Seafood Shak

CHALLENGE

Timoti’s Seafood Shak is a family-owned fast casual restaurant with multiple locations in Northeast Florida. Their promise of delicious, wild-caught seafood set them apart from their competitors, but they needed a cost effective way to break through the noise of chain restaurants and destination eateries in tourism-fueled Fernandina Beach.

SOLUTION

Working closely with Timoti’s Seafood Shak management and culinary team, Meerkat Media used our in-house photographer and equipment to produce professional-quality content on a budget. We then populated the account with a combination of static images and engaging video content, user generated content (UGC) and promotion of community events.

RESULTS

The account accrues over 400,000 impressions and 290,000 accounts reached, annually. 2022 saw over 15,000 likes and 1,000 comments which translated to a 4.72% engagement rate—over 3x the industry average, according to HootSuite).
